Join me on a 6 week trauma-informed online series to connect with, tend to and heal our inner children together. Monday evenings starting November 3, 2025 from 6-7:30pm ET.

Join me in a two-part, trauma-informed and heart-centered workshop, where will explore two of the four sacred directions in Mexica (Aztec) cosmology. As we integrate the North & South directions, we will weave our own sacred stories with love and compassion by honoring our ancestors that came before us and the children we once were.
